| Antero Farias is entering his third season with the Eastman Female Midget AA Program, this time taking on the coaching duties. He has 12 years of coaching experience both in female & male hockey at various levels from Squirts to Midget. Prior to joining the Midget AA Selects, Antero was Head Coach of the Bantam AA Northern Knights Male team in the 2008-09 season and was Assistant Coach in the 2007-08 season.

Brad is entering his third year with Eastman Minor Hockey. He started coaching hockey in Winnipeg in 1999 and continued coaching in the city until moving to Steinbach in 2007. Once settled, he began coaching female hockey and hasen't looked back. He has won two Provincial Championships and looks forward to another. "I believe that having the passion to play is as much as part of the game as skill, strength, and sense.
